- 500g puff pastry
Ingredients for creme:
- 750g Cottage cheese
- 4 eggs yolks
- 150g sugar
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 10 ml cooking oil
- 0,5 l milk
- 1 vanilla sugar
Ingredients for snow:
- 4 egg white
- 6 sugar spoons
- 1 vanilla sugar
Instructions:
- Put puff pastry on the plate
- Mix all ingredients for creme together
- Pour the creme on the dough
- Bake 30 minutes – medium heat
- Add snow to the top
- Bake 10 minutes
